Rahul Agarwal

Rahul Agarwal is a practicing lawyer specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation.  He is currently a partner at Friedman Kaplan Seiler Adelman & Robbins.  He previously served as Deputy Chief Counsel to Mayor Eric Adams and City Hall.  Prior to joining the Mayor’s office, Rahul served for 10 years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of New Jersey, ended his tenure as the second in command.   He received his B.A. from Brown University and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University.
