Notice of Public Meeting

Please be advised that the New York City Commission to Strengthen Local Democracy (the Commission) will hold a public meeting on Monday, February 24th.

This meeting is open to the public. Because this is a public meeting and not a public hearing, the public will have the opportunity to observe the Commission’s discussions but not testify before it.

What if I need assistance to observe the meeting?

This location is accessible to individuals using wheelchairs or other mobility devices. With advance notice, American Sign Language interpreters will be available, and members of the public may request induction loop devices and language translation services. Please make induction loop, language translation or additional accessibility requests by Thursday, February 20th at 12 pm by emailing the Commission at info@thecommission.nyc. All requests will be accommodated to the extent possible.
